The EPIC® Replaceable Insert is superior to traditional repair kits for poppet style check valves that utilize individual components . This pre-assembled complete check mechanism eliminates the need to assemble individual checking components, creating an efficient and economical method of effectively rebuilding the entire check mechanism (if an application requires). Simply unscrew the two threaded body pieces, remove the one piece Replaceable Insert and two sealing O-rings, replace with new insert and O-rings, and refasten the body pieces.
